The dissertation is devoted to study chronorhythms of rheumatoid arthritis, changes in vegetative tone in 88 patients in combination with intestinal dysbiosis and efficiency of treatment by inclusion in the treatment with quercetin, enterosgel and bifilakt extra. Found that rheumatoid arthritis is characterized by temporal disorganization of the parameters pro- and antioxidant system, a syndrome of endogenous intoxication, changes on the part of vegeative tone. These drugs had positive influence on indicators of quality of life, reduced manifestations endotoxycosis, oxidative stress, restore microbiotu lumen of the colon and increase antioxidant protection.
