Shymko L. Justification of the parameters and modes of discharge devices combines

The Dissertation focuses on the problem of productivity increasing of grain unloading by grounding of parameters and operating modules of tipping discharge drives of harvesters and combines. The mechanized process of grain movement from the dump hopper harvesters to transport vehicles is investigated. Operating process and design of the dump hopper was analyzed; researches on the movement of grain were reviewed. Mathematical models of unloading grain from dump hopper are developed. The process of unloading the material collected from dump hopper was investigated in theoretical and experimental ways. The optimum parameters and modes tipper hopper harvesters are determined. Operational and technical and economic parameters of the harvester equipped with tipper grain tank are experimentally determined. The economic efficiency of implementation of research results into production is rationalized.
