Bondarevska K. Management and effectiveness of the use of human resources in agrarian enterprises

Dissertation is devoted to the research and generalization of the theoretical, methodological aspects and practical recommendations directed on the effective management and use of human resources in agrarian enterprises. Scientific bases of the increasing of labour productivity were generalized; the methodical approaches to the estimation of the state and effectiveness of the labour force using were developed. It was research the modern state of activity of agrarian enterprises in Dnipropetrovsk region; was made the analysis of the influence of basic production factors on the efficiency of enterprises’ activity; was traced the tendencies of social-labour development. The main problems in agrarian branch were determined and offered the ways of it decision. It were developed the strategic directions of improvement of human resource management on the basis of the use of material and technical, organizational-economic and socio-economic factors for increase of production effectiveness. The prognostication of basic economic indicators of the activity of agrarian enterprises was made. It was recommended to introduction the measures, which will promote to increase of efficiency of the use of human resources of agrarian enterprises.
