The dissertation is devoted to the conditions and factors research of increase of the agrarian enterprises investment activity. Theoretic and methodical principles of the agrarian enterprises investment activity have been generalized. The influence of agriculture peculiarities on the investment climate formation has been considered. Traditional and modern evalution methods of economic effect of investment programmes and projects have been analyzed.
