Object of research: processes in the server complex data center telecommunications network. Subject of research: models and methods for optimizing the server farm data center telecommunications network. Methods: Methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, queuing theory, optimization methods, numerical methods and computer analysis. Objective: To improve the quality of the data center functioning telecommunications network by optimizing server system based on a combination of methods to ensure the effective management of user access to resources, data center telecommunications network. Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty: further developed the model server farm data center and telecommunications network optimization techniques that take into account features of multi-cluster structure, and processes the data center functioning telecommunications network, improved method for optimizing the server farm data center telecommunications network, which includes criteria to minimize operational costs and maintain a data center telecommunications network at a given level of quality, improved methods of prioritization in the method of managing user access to the resources of the data center telecommunications network, which is in contrast to the current account duration of user session, allowing more efficient and dynamic reallocation of resources to data center telecommunications network.
