Object of research: converged network. Research objective: the thesis is to resolve the complex scientific and technical issues related to the optimization parameters converged network based on the method performance. Research methods: Methods of information theory, statistical communication theory, mathematical modeling techniques, methods of multiobjective optimization methods for simulation on the PC. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: the systematic analysis of methods for multicriteria optimization of future networks with different options to implement the optimal network design with the use of future performance, a comparative analysis of the technologies LTE, WiMAX, OFDM and CDMA, which is given on the basis of recommendations for use technology OFDM and LTE networks in Ukraine, first proposed the structure converged radio access network based on LTE technology and method with multiple antennas reception-transmission - MIMO; improved method of optimization parameters infocommunication network based on performance on three indicators of quality for the first time the technique of geometric approach to solving liabilities optimization problem for the three parameters, the method of selecting the best parameters of transmission in radio access network.
