The thesis is devoted to experimental studies of properties of plasma-liquid systems and parameters of discharge of plasma in the reverse vortex flow of "tornado" type and transversal gas flow. Mixtures of air with Н2O, air with the pair of Н2O and С2H5OH, air with the pair of paraffin, Ar with the pair of Н2O and С2H5OH were used as the working substances.
