The theoretically-methodological aspects of strategic management mechanisms' realization in public authorities' activity are grounded in the dissertation, the essence of the state strategic management as an institutional mechanism of developing and implementing of public administration's strategy is presented here. The own approach to strategic integration's understanding as the mechanism of strategic management's optimization in public authorities' activity and the essence of strategic integration in public authorities' activity as one of the forms of public authorities' interaction, the evaluative mechanisms of strategic management's system effectiveness in public authorities' activity are worked out by the author.
