The aims: to discover typological coincidences and correspondences of totalitarian visions in the works of fiction and literary criticism of M. Rudnytskyi and G. Orwell. Practical value: the materials of the scholarly studies can be used for the development of History of World and Ukrainian Literature of XX c.
