The thesis is dedicated to formation of the methodics for estimation of the enterprise investment attractiveness taking into account the attractiveness at the meso-level, the results of the money flows and the risks of the external and internal environment. The contents of the notions "investment policy" and "investment attractiveness" are specified in relation to enterprises. Further development is given to the process of determining the investment attractiveness of an enterprise which takes into account the dynamics of its mon-ey flows at the corresponding stages of a life cycle.
