Dialogue in "Herzog" and "Dean's December". The aim in to establish the pragmatic and cognitive specifics of communication roles of dialogue participants. Methods used are descriptive, quantitative, pregma- and sociolinguistic, also elements of discourse-analysis, contextual and interpretative. Practical implementation is recommended in the courses of stylistics, theory of communication, grammar, sociolinguistics.
