The work is devoted to a direct exposure and pre-investigation verification after the facts of illegal appeal of narcotic facilities. In research work there was a realizable attempt of the first in judicial science complex research of problems of direct exposure of facts of illegal appeal of narcotic facilities and problem questions are considered in relation to violation of criminal cases of the narcotic facilities related to the illegal appeal in Criminal process, taking into account positions of Constitution of Ukraine, new Criminal code and project of the code of Criminal process of Ukraine.
