Dissertation is devoted to the search of the new option in hypoglycemic therapy for recently diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) with obesity depending on the indexes of carbohydrate metabolism (fasting blood glucose levels range) and markers of insulin resistance (index of HOMA-ІR and volume of waist). Basis of dissertation work are materials of complex inspection of 103 patients type DM, which an investigational dynamics of indexes of carbohydrate metabolism of insulin resistance markers and lipid metabolism under the influence of the differentiated hypoglycemic therapy. For recently diagnosed type 2 DM with obesity of different degree is marked insulin resistance which correlates with BMI and fasting blood glucose levels range. In 60% such patients are set violation of lipid metabolism: dyslipidemia 2 to 84% general amounts of dyslipoproteinemia (DLP) are made a type, dyslipidemia 4 to the type - 11% and dyslipidemia 5 to the type - 5% from the general amount of patients with DLP.
