Object of research: processes and phenomena that shape and determine the development of regional grain market. Objective: To develop theoretical and applied aspects of the organization and enhance the functioning of the grain market at regional level. Methods: monographic, settlement and constructive, balance, grouping, multivariate correlation and regression analysis, graphics, sample surveys and mathematical modeling. Scientific novelty: the first developed model of food security of the region based on the calculated internal demand for grain and its exports, improved economic essence of the concept of "regional grain market," a model of cooperative inter-farm silo, organizational chart and the exercise of regulatory policy in the grain market, the mechanism the relationship between the grain market, had the further development of the structuring elements of regional infrastructure grain, logistic schemes of grain.
