Essay

The dissertation is devoted to creating science-based computational and experimental methods for evaluating the stress-strain state and the resource elements of the boiler under the influence of static and vibration loads at high temperatures. The analysis of existing experimental and theoretical studies to determine the stress-strain state and the resource elements of heat and power equipment. A mathematical model of deformation of the elements of the boiler under actual operating loads and taking into account the material damage (cracks, chips, shells, lack of fusion) and determined the voltage dependence of the size of the damage. A numerical method for calculating boiler systems under the influence of temperature and static loads. A numerical technique for determining the natural frequencies and mode shapes of elements of the boiler and the frequencies and mode shapes are determined for the linear parts and pipe bends. Created calculation-experimental method for simulating the development and growth of cracks in the steam pipeline that will more accurately determine the life of the equipment in the presence of damage. The algorithm of forecasting resource exploration of the elements of the boiler. The investigation of structural elements TGMP 314A and E-2,5 , with respect to resource definition and recommendations for safe and reliable operation of equipment operating at high temperatures and pressures.
