Essay

Object of research - A research object is standards by a polystyrenegypsumconcrete density from 550 to 950 kg/m3 and standards of solution part as an analogue of material of between pores to partitions; goal - improvement of operating properties of gypsum concretes of low densities due to compounding factors; methods - complex researches included multivariable experiments and receipt of experimentally-statistical models; model experiments and researches are executed by means of standard and special methods with the use of the attested facilities of measuring technique and proof-of-concept equipment on the departments of OGASA; results - developed compositions polystyrenegypsumconcrete in the range of densities from 550 up to 950 kg/m3 with improved heat-transfer properties; as a result of compromise optimization composition of gypsum concrete is offered with physical-mechanical properties: the mean compactness 800 kg/m3, the strength of not less than 4 MPa, the heat conductivity of 0,25 W/(m·K), which can be used in the building; developed the technological scheme of production of polystyrenegypsumconcrete flags for internal walls; novelty - influence of gypsum binding on properties gypsum concrete is studied, it is certain that for the gypsum concrete of low densities on light-weight aggregates it is advisable to use high-strength gypsum binding; еxperimentally verified the feasibility of using of granules polystyrene with perlite as a aggregate for gypsum concrete and their optimal charges are set in the wide range of densities of polystyrenegypsumconcrete; іnfluence of chemical additives is studied on the properties polystyrenegypsumconcrete and their optimal expense is set; it is certain , that the introduction of perlite increases the viscosity of the polystyrenegypsumconcrete mixture and decreases its bundle; іedntified factors are rational prescription, which generate polystyrenegypsumconcrete with the compromise-optimal levels of criteria of quality are certain; implemented - on the basis of the offered composition an experience party of gypsum concrete flags is made for erection of internal walls.
