The thesis is devoted to complex research of administrative-legal enforcement of transplantation of organs and other anatomic tissue to a person in Ukraine. It is analized the legal nature of transplantation through the investigation of general characteristic of transplantology as an object of legal regulation, explaining of legal principles of organization and direct providing of transplantological aid, exposition of advantages and disadvantages of modern condition of standard legal enforcement of transplantology in Ukraine. It is studied the mechanism of administrative-legal enforcement of transplantation of organs and other anatomic tissue to a person in Ukraine. It is analysed the organizational-legal base of the development of transplantological aid structure in Ukraine. It is described the lack of donor organs and administrative-legal techniques of its minimization. The author has offered the ways of improving the administrative-legal enforcement of transplantology in Ukraine.
