Rustemov O. The terminology of law in Crimean Tatar's language: evolution of development, the current state, the ways to codify

My dissertation comprises of studding the process of formation and development of the Crimean Tatar terminology of law. The dissertation aims - to give an overall view of the law terminology in Crimean Tatar language, in synchronic and diachronic aspects. The main ideas, what have guided by author, can be summed up in the following points: At first, the theoretical problems of the term definition are analyzed from the semiological point of view; At second, it has been described the sociolinguistic situation in Crimean Tatar language, and the functions of the terminology of law in its; At third, the description of the formation and development of the Crimean Tatar terminology of law, methods and means of the formation of terms are proposed. And in close part of my dissertation I propose one of the version of the complex Crimean Tatar - Russian - Ukrainian Dictionary of the Terms of law. It consists about five thousand terms.
