The dissertation is devoted to optimization of diagnostic criteria, expert estimation of fitness to military service on the basis of study of clinical and diagnostic aspects of diffuse nontoxic goiter and autoimmune thyroiditis for youths of draft age. The article of research is a study of antibodies to thyroid peroxydase (АB-TPO), thyroglobulin (АB-ТG), receptor of thyrotropine (АB-rТSH), circulation of blood in thyroid gland, determination of speeds of circulation of blood and indexes of peripheral resistance in thyroid vessels at diffuse nontoxic goiter and autoimmune thyroiditis by means of echodopplergraphy.
