Shvidia V. Increase of efficiency of a pneumocentrifugal separator and background of parameters of working organs

The thesis is dedicated to improving the specific capacity and quality of grain cleaning materials pneumocentrifugal separator. A new principle of efficiency pneumocentrifugal separation grain material is offered, which is based on the use of a new centrifugal working organ. Justified by the basic parameters of the centrifugal working organ is the aspiration channel pneumocentrifugal separator, which makes it possible to increase separation efficiency without compromising performance. As a result of research, analytical relations for determining the parameters of the centrifugal organ working under the conditions of providing a highly efficient separation process are got. It collected the analytical dependence of separation efficiency on the parameters of the working organ of the centrifugal and aspiration channel. Experimental study of influence of the main structural parameters of the working body of the centrifugal and operational parameters of the aspiration channel quality and energy performance of the separation process. The experimental data confirmed the results of analytical studies, as well as proven high technological efficiency and a positive economic effect it by the application of a new centrifugal working organ.
