Thesis is devoted to one of the important problems of pediatrics - quality improvement of diabetic nephropathy (DN) diagnosis at type 1 diabetes (DM - diabetes mellitus) based on the study of tubular dysfunction according to the data of enzymes determination in urine, as well as morphological structure of kidney and kidney circulatory dynamics based on the results of ultrasound investigation and Doppler sonography of organ vessels. The criteria for prediction of diabetic nephropathy have a high prognostic significance for patients with type 1 diabetes should include the presence of tubular dysfunction, microalbuminuria, impaired glomerular filtration rate, the phenomenon of arteriovenous shunting.
