Essay

This thesis is dedicated to the development and research of information models and methods of distribution of multimedia data through the Internet according to the principles of differential service with the predefined quality of service. The architecture of multimedia traffic transmission has been developed for the first time and the analysis of its efficiency has been done in the case of the protected high speed data transmissions performed in the MPLS domain. It diminishes the requirements to the path design; reduces probability of refuse when defining the path; suits well to the real-time transmission of multimedia traffic.
