Chymyrys S. Adaptive anti-crisis management of financial resources at trade enterprises

Dissertation is devoted to the complex of issues related to the development of a general conception of adaptive anti-crisis management of financial resources at trade enterprises and design of a system of adaptive anti-crisis risk management, development and realization of methodology to estimate the adaptivity degree of financial resource management at trade enterprises. Theoretical studies made it possible to improve the concept-category framework, namely: "financial resource", "financial resource management", "adaptive anti-crisis management of financial resources at trade enterprises", "risk", "eventological risk". There has been carried out monitoring of financial resources status at trade enterprises based on the activity analysis of retail enterprises in Ukraine and Donetsk region as well as analysis of adaptivity degree of anti-crisis financial resource management at trade enterprises with the help of point-based system of financial resource state factors. For the purpose to estimate the efficiency of the system of adaptive anti-crisis management of financial resources at trade enterprises there has been designed the ESAAMER index; its approbation at a number of trade enterprises made it possible to increase the efficiency of eventological risk management from 30% to 60%. The problem of eventological risk prognostication is solved by applying a stress-testing method that allowed to design a prognosis indicator - PISTER. Its application will allow a trade enterprise to predict different stressful situations that may occur, thus upgrading adaptive anti-crisis management at such an enterprise.
