Object of the research: economic processes of providing agricultural enterprises with technical supply with help of financial leasing. Purpose of the research: explanation of the theoretical-methodological principles and practical recommendations how to improve technical supply of agricultural enterprises with help of leasing. Methods of the research: abstract-logical, monographic, correlative-regressive analysis, grouping, economic-mathematic modeling, extrapolation. Theoretical and practical results of the research: suggestions as to the improvement of technical supply of agricultural enterprises aimed at renovation of their logistics through updated mechanisms of financial leasing. Scientific novelty: the approaches to the processes of technical supply of agricultural enterprises, which helped identify the technical needs and amount of leasing investment, were worked out for the first time; methodological estimation of the potential to attract technical inputs with the use of financial leasing was improved; the ways to increase the level of regular technical supply of agricultural enterprises and organizational measures taken to enhance paying capacity and investment attractiveness of lessees, and also recommendations how to emphasize the role of financial leasing in technical supply of agricultural enterprises. Extent of the introduction: the results of the research are applied in the department of engineering-technical supply of the Ministry of agrarian policy and foodstuff of Ukraine and the Department of agro-industrial development of Uman district in Cherkasy region, by agricultural enterprises, in the teaching process at Uman national university of horticulture.
