Generalov O. The development of the sugar market of Ukraine in the context of globalization

In this thesis, based on modern methods and procedures for market research, developed a chain model of the sugar market through a system of simultaneous economic and mathematical equations, which allows us to solve complex analytical problems in key aspects of the sugar-beet industry: production, consumption, prices and costs, the use of inputs, exports and imports of sugar and the financial result of the industry. Based on the proposed model and the scenario approach, which consists of constructing predictive values depending on the implementation of measures of economic policy, aimed at reforming the industry, developed a medium-term forecast of its development and suggested the main prerequisites for improving the system of state regulation of the sugar. In a systematic methods and tools for state regulation of the sugar of the most influential countries in the world market and the countries that are similar to problems and crises in the sugar beet industry in Ukraine and therefore developed a conceptual framework of state regulation of sugar to balance it in the medium term and recovery of export potential - in the long run.
