Essay

Object of research: corporate law of joint stock companies of the national economy. Goal: to develop recommendations to improve the state corporate rights management on the basis of theoretical statements and corporate governance practices in industrial enterprises of national economy. Methods: historical, elemental, induction and deduction, statistics, expert estimates, mathematical modeling (correlation and regression). Results: the technique of evaluating the effectiveness of state corporate rights management industry by applying an integrated parameter for its calculation.
