Shulga I. Administrative responsibility for illegal use of subsoil resources

The thesis comprises a complex of theoretical and practical issues related to the research of the essence, maintenance and grounds of administrative responsibility for illegal use of subsoil resources.The thesis contains the analysis of general theoretic problems of administrative responsibility for illegal use of subsoil resources; the study of elements and features of administrative offences in the field of law of subterranean resources, the definition and characteristics of the proceedings place in cases of administrative offences in the field of law of subterranean resources in the administrative process and the system of the proceedings stages in cases of administrative offences in the analyzed field. Suggestions and recommendations are developed to improve the current legislation of Ukraine in this field.
