Kregul I. The cooperation of Ukraine with the international organization UNESCO in the sphere of legal support the development of the Information Society in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological, information and legal, administrative, legal and institutional framework for cooperation between Ukraine and UNESCO in the sphere of legal support the development of the Information Society in Ukraine towards to the knowledge society. The problem of forming the legal basis of the knowledge society in Ukraine – Information Law and Information Legislation – in the organic connection with the improvement the organizational and legal framework of the cooperation of Ukraine with UNESCO and the emergence the Institute of Information Law – the law of international cooperation in the conditions of the development the knowledge society in Ukraine, has been investigated. The model of organizational and legal framework of the cooperation of Ukraine with UNESCO has been proposed. The structure of the sphere of legal providing the information society in Ukraine has been defined. The model of the international component of the sphere, which takes into account the sphere classification by the criteria of variety the UNESCO law documents, the possibility of considering this component as a source for the improvement the information legislation has been grounded. The legal and institutional measures as the result of this mechanism in the sphere of legal support have been defined. The suggestions to improve the information and administrative law with regard the necessity of introduction in Ukraine of the concept of knowledge societies have been proposed.
