Object of research - a pathology of the breast of 570 women who constantly live in identical geographical-climatic conditions in Crimea. A research objective:to estimate the importance of leading risk factors breast's cancer in patients with precancer pathology breast on the basis of comparison between different ethnic female populations with different disease breasts cancer that will serve by optimisation of primary and secondary preventive maintenance. Research methods - epidemiological, clinical, mediko-genetic, instrumental, laboratory, statistical processing of results. Novelty: for the first time the comparative analysis of indicators of disease on breasts cancer and prevalence precancer diseases in the most populations of Slavs, the Tatar and Armenian ethnic female populations of the population of Crimea is carried out. It is revealed female ethnic populations with high, average and low breast cancer disease. For the first time it is established and analysed differences of genetic and other risk factors in the general propensity to a cancer in patients with a precancer pathology in comparison in premenopause and postmenopause. Results: the studied populations can be distributed on three groups: 1 group with very high breast cancer disease (Armenians, 91,41 on 100 thousand) ; 2 group with high disease (Slavs, 63,59); 3 group with low disease (Tatars, 42,86 on 100 thousand corresponding population; р <0,001). From all good-quality diseases only frequency cystadenoma and cysts proportionally correlates with disease indicators breast cancer (factor of linear correlation Pirson R=0,997; р=0,046), that allows to carry these pathological processes to precancer pathology breast. The highest genetic component in the general propensity to a cancer seven own patients with precancer pathology in premenopause (32,63 %). It is introduced in practice of the Crimean republican establishment "Oncological clinical clinic", Kerchensky city hospital № 1. Results of work are used in educational process of educational process of the Crimean state medical university of S.I.Georgievskogo. A field of application: medicine (oncology).
