Zub T. Organizational and economic principles of the market efficient resource usage axiomatics adaptation in the national economy.

The object is productive resources of national economy subjects of different patterns of ownership. The aim is to deep the methodological and theoretical basis of the market economy subjects' resource provision as well as with their resource usage. The methods are mathematical statistics, comparative, expert estimations and imitation design. Provision of the driving sources of human activity in the field of their well-being ensuring through the prism of the relations on the axis "the assets owner - employee" is presented. Theoretical interpretation of the category "production resources" as the limited to the present time source of the subject's production demand satisfaction is given. The state of the production resources and their provision of the production processes is critically evaluated. The dynamics of the production resource efficient usage both in the economy in general and in its sectors is analyzed considering the conditions and subjects inhibiting socioeconomic dynamics. The set of factors is grounded. The model for resource monitoring is built on this basis providing the controlled character of the source usage process. A project of the managing process innovation in the context of the "efficient owners" market philosophy is offered considering social responsibility. Application spheres are resource provision as well as with their resource usage on national and regional levels, training courses.
