Tonkovyd T. Economic mechanism of regulation of agricultural production

Theoretical approaches concerning state regulation of agricultural production are generalized. The essence of economic mechanism concept of state regulation of agricultural production is disclosed and the possibilities of its functioning are defined as well. The main factors and tools of economic mechanism of agricultural production influence are emphasized. The organizational-economic factors of development and their influence on efficiency of agricultural production in Ukraine are analyzed. The basic tendencies of agricultural development in Kyiv region are characterised. The differences in specialisation of separate regional districts are analyzed and the level of suburban area influence on agriculture is specified as well. The sector priorities in structure of the state support program of agricultural production are determined. Due to governmental support programs of the sector the optimum directions of further agricultural production development are proposed. Methodical approaches to determine the effectiveness of economic mechanism components of agricultural production are improved. Also, the forecasted output of gross product of agricultural sector in Kyiv region until 2015 is provided on the cluster approach basis.
