Essay

Thesis is devoted to clarifying the essence and content of product quality as the subject of certification and object of administrative and legal regulation, and to their theoretical and practical problems of implementation. Application of scientific approach "from general to specific" allowed us to come to the reasonable conclusion that certification of product quality had a legal assignment, covered a wide sphere of legally regulated and non-regulated relations, and was a structural-functional, integral part of permission activity. Principles of certification and their classification were determined.
