The thesis is devoted to the complex research of issues on regulatory support of law enforcement personnel training in Ukraine. The dissertation defines administrative and legal status of the subjects of police training and characterizes the sources and mechanisms of legal regulation of law enforcement personnel training. It describes the state of internal affairs bodies' staffing in the modern context. The author has investigated the historical and legal background of law enforcement personnel training in Ukraine. The main ways of improving the regulatory framework of internal affairs bodies' training in Ukraine have been defined.
