Selyukov V. Organizational and Legal Regulation of Post-Graduate Training within Internal Affairs Agencies of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and administrative and legal grounds of departmental post-graduate training organization within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The essence and meaning of post-graduate training within internal affairs agencies are determined; legal content of the main notions and categories is specified. Content of passing training at post-graduate training establishments is analyzed according to the element of post-graduate training and category of officers sent to study. Peculiarities of post-graduate training organization within internal affairs agencies against a background of administrative reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are ascertained.
