Essay

Dissertation focuses on improving the efficiency of surgical treatment injury of facial nerve, through experimental and clinical-laboratory study of the principles of use antagonist calcium nimodipine by surgical treatment patients with injury of facial nerve. Experimental justification for the use of antagonist calcium - nimodipine by surgical treatment patients with injury of facial nerve. 39 patients with chronic purulent media otitis, acoustic neuroma, jugular paraganglioma, fracture of temporal bone who have undergone hypoglossal-facial anastomosis. The method of antagonist calcium - nimodipine use for surgical treatment patients with injury of facial nerve was proposed. In patients with injury of facial nerve were treated by proposed method, was detected best functional results then in patients in control group.
