Essay

Dissertation is devoted to optimization diagnosis of ventilation disorders in patients with AH and obesity on the base of complex assessment of immune inflammation markers, nitric oxide metabolites and respiratory lung function parameters. It was first shown that immune hyperactivation, that was detected as increased IL-6, TNF-?, CRP and reduced IL-10 levels, was associated with development of bronchoobstructive syndrome in patients with AH and overweight, and with the presence of obesity. Decreasing of NO3 and NO2 levels related to endothelial dysfunction was associated with bronchoobstructive syndrome development in the overweight patients with AH. In dissertation as a result of main spirometry parameters and complex assessment of proinlammatory components (IL-6, TNF-?, CRP), anti-inflammatory components (IL-10) of immune response, endothelial dysfunction markers - nitric oxide metabolitis NO2 , NO3 have been detected that overweight and obesity presence in the patients with AH caused worsening of ventilation pulmonary function as compared with corresponding parameters of AH patients with normal body mass.ta the major determinants of inducible NO-syntase activity are central obesity and high blood pressure.
