Essay

This work is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of surgical treatment of mandibular mikrognatia by improving local osteoplastic operations using the planar osteotomy with the creation of bone protyopor-hook on the outer cortical plate of the posterior third of the body of the mandible and preservation of origin, which allowed compensate mikroramia and (or) mikrobodia by 97% to restore symmetry and aesthetics of the face of the patient, reduce trauma intervention and ensure that the biomechanical relationships restored mandible and masticatory muscles with the restoration of their functions by 90%, to minimize trauma neurovascular bundle, and improve overall patient, provide proof positive results. The method is shown to eliminate the unilateral mandibular mikrognatia at mikroramia and (or) mikrobodia within 11-29% (10-30mm).
