Kuzmenko T. Estimation of adaptation to physical load in children and juveniles with congenital heart diseases

Dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics criteria and evaluation of adaptation of cardiovascular system (CVS) and optimization of correction of metabolic disturbances on the stage of rehabilitation in children with congenital heart diseases (CHD). 168 children and juveniles were examined: 129 patients with CHD and condition after carried out cardio-surgical intervention, which were included according to criteria of International Classification of Diseases of the X revision, reflected in the XVII class, and 39 practically healthy children and juveniles.It was determined physiological signs of normal reaction of a heart and vascular system in healthy children and juveniles at the dozed physical load (DPL), and also it was carried out and based diagnostic criteria of pathological hemodynamic answer in condition of disturbance of adaptation CVS at congenital heart diseases, ways of its medicamental correction. It was carried out algorithm for estimation of functional parameters of CVS adaptation on the load in children with heart diseases, which is in carrying out a test with DPL with using of steps and additionally echocardiography (ECG) to load is carried out, at once after carried out a test and at the recovery period under control of ECG. Examination of heart function in children and juveniles with CHD allowed use formulating a method of estimation of CVS adaptation to physical load in children.
