Petrenko R. Optimal terms of prosthetic treatment with dentures different constructions after teeth extraction

Performed histotopographic, X-ray, morphometric, experimental, clinical and electromyographic investigations in the patients' prosthetic treatment different terms after natural teeth extraction allowed reaching corresponding results, namely: histo-topographic peculiarities of osseous tissue structure have been studied and compared to the real X-ray picture in different terms observations as well as data about bone tissue atrophic processes expression after direct and early replacement of dental rows defects have been received. Early denture own construction with a possibility to regulate masticatory pressure to the retainer and to mucosa located below has been proposed and approbated. The use of the construction causes decreasing of alveolar process atrophy intensiveness in the extracted teeth area that provides fixed bridges reliable fixation . Masticatory effectiveness restoration degree dependently on dental dentures used various devices constructional peculiarities has been determined by electromyographic investigations. Manufacturing clinical-laboratory stages content and consequence have been worked out for the denture which allows avoiding the retainers preparation and encourages lowering the atrophic phenomena intensiveness in the basal ridge.
