Essay

It was found out that declining of level of glycemic control leads to a deficiency essential of microelements (Zn, Cr, Cu, Fe, Co, Ni) and to accumulation of toxic lead in serum and erythrocytes of blood. Diabetes mellitus of type 1 of children accompanied by a violation of energy supply, which shows a decrease of morphometric parameters of SDH activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes along with activation of anaerobic glycolysis in a significant increase in serum LDH. Changes, which were revealed, significantly depend on the level of glycemic control. In the given thesis it is suggested to determine content of microelements (Zn, Cr, Cu, Fe, Co, Ni, Pb) in serum, erythrocytes of blood, urine, the level of LDH, GGTP in urine, markers of aerobic (SDH) and anaerobic (LDH) glycolysis for early diagnosis microelementosis, renal tubular damage and the state's energy security of children with diabetes mellitus of type 1. An integrated treatment scheme with inclusion of vitamin-trace element complex was designed.
