Osmolіan V. Familiarization of legal proceedings participants with the materials of criminal case

Theoretical and legal problems of familiarization of legal proceedings participants with the materials of criminal case are examined in the thesis. Analyzing scientific works of legal experts, other specialists of Ukrainian and foreing scienct, materials of investigation, prosecution of judicial practice the author reveals the essence of institution of familiarization with the materials of criminal case, legal and practical aspects of realization of constitutional right to acquisition of information in accordance with the Article 32 of the Constitution of Ukraine. The paper also includes theoretically conceptual scheme of scientificand applied fundamentals aimed at improvement of the process of criminal case. A number of changes to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legal documents have been suggested.
