Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of law enforcement detection, investigation of fraud in mobile communications. Outlined the problem of forensic fraud features for the mobile industry. The basic elements of criminal fraud characteristics of classification groups in the mobile and the peculiarities of these elements. Realised classification of various manifestations of fraud in mobile communications on the subject of criminal trespass into separate groups.
