Оn monographic level the theoretical and practical analysis of procedure of state service in bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine has been represented; methodological and practical concepts to the identification of fundamental means in the procedure of legal service in bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine was depicted. Different scientific researches and aspects of organizational-legal bases of state service in bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine were been synthesized as the object of legal research; the system of conditions of officer's legal service in bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine was been systemized.
