The thesis is devoted to the actual problem of Pediatrics - the study of predictors of the development and prevention of atherosclerosis in children with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). Family history data is examined using the questionnaire method. It is shown, that there is a significant prevalence of diseases of cardio - vascular system in the families of children with the UCTD compared with children without UCTD. It is shown that indexes of lipid metabolism (total cholesterol, triglycerides) in the venous blood of children with UCTD compared to children without the UCTD did not significantly differ. It is shown also that indexes of high-density lipoprotein in the venous blood of children with UCTD compared to children without the UCTD were significantly reduced, Indexes of lipoproteins of low and very low density were increased ) in the venous blood of children with UCTD compared to children without the UCTD. Specified disorders of the immune system (cellular and humoral immunity, immunity of mucous membranes of upper respiratory tract, activity and intensity of phagocytosis, oxygen - dependent metabolism of neutrophils and some cytokines) in children with UCTD compared to children without UCTD were defined more precisely. It was determined that children with UCTD observed increased activity of coagulation and fibrinolysis as a result of concentrations of soluble fibrin and D - dimer as compared to children without UCTD. It is proved that in the blood plasma of children with UCTD compared to children without UCTD an increase of nitrate pool - anion - a marker of oxidative stress, which is directly correlated with the concentrations of soluble fibrin and D - dimer. It was determined that children with UCTD compared to children without the UCTD observed violations in the LPO - AOSZ (increase in red blood cells of venous blood levels of lipid hydroperoxide and malondialdehyde, as well as reduction of reduced glutathione, glutathione peroxidase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase). On the basis of correlation analysis proved the relationship between indicators of immune system POL - AOSD factors and impaired collagen metabolism in children with the UCTD, suggesting that the conditions for the early development of atherosclerosis in this category of children. Based on proven changes in children with UCTD rehabilitation of this category of children was developed through the use of complex, aimed at normalizing the immune status and lipid peroxidation - AOSD (BAA "Amber acid"), normalization of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis (Fish Oil - 500) in the presence of rational regime of the day, nutrition, massage, exercise therapy.
