The object of the researches is use of material resources on the bearing enterprise. The purpose of the dissertation is the substantiation report of theoretical and methodological statements and working out practical recommendations concerning forming the system of efficient use of material resources on the bearing enterprise. Methods used by the author: comparative analysis and generalization, system analysis and factoring analysis, economic and statistic analysis, system and structural analysis, method of logical and theoretical generalization, method of economic and mathematical and graphic simulation, balance, calculating and analytical, questioning, expert survey by questioning of specialists, system way of approach. The theoretical worth of dissertation's results is in the research of theoretical bases of process of rational use of resources as the factor of economic efficiency of the production, there is determined the essential of the notion "resource-saving", main tendencies of the change, peculiarities and components of forming the organizing and economic mechanism of resource-saving and basic factors of influence on it. The practical significance of received results is that proffers to form and appraisal the efficient use of material resources on bearing enterprises are reduced to the level of their practical use. They can be used in practical activity of machine-building enterprises. The scientific novelty of received results consists in deepening theoretical and applied foundations and giving methodological recommendations on forming the system of efficient use of material resources on bearing enterprises and forming effective system of resource-saving. The worked out theoretical statutes and practical recommendations as to form and assessment of the material resources on bearing enterprises are used in practical activity of machine-building enterprises. The sphere of use author's recommendations is enterprises of machine-building complex.
