Essay

Dissertation is devoted to improvement methods of psychotherapy in pregnant women by the analysis of their occurrence and features of current nonpsychotic mental disorders in women in various trimesters of pregnancy. It was established, that the structure of nonpsychotic mental disorders in pregnant women differs of a clinical polymorphism in a various trimesters of pregnancy. Carrying out of complex psychotherapeutic correction in the main group in comparison with group of comparison has allowed to increase of quantity of women with psychologically stable norm from 36,9 % in I a trimester up to 56,9 % in a ІІ trimester and 69,2 % in III trimester. Reduction intensity of emotional and psychosomatic disorders in women at the end of pregnancy in the main group was accompanied by decrease of cesarean sections (from 27,5 % to 18,5 %) and increase of delivery without complications from 52,3 % to 33,3 %.
