Postnikov V. State regulation of quality of life in socially oriented market economy conditions

An object is a process of formation and practical implementation of state regulation system of the quality of people’s life. The aim is a development of theoretical propositions, working out of the conceptional approaches and the basing of scientific and practical recommendations concerning formation of the effective state regulation system of the quality of life under conditions of socially oriented market economy. Methods: philosophical, general scientific, special methods of system analysis, structural analysis, factor analysis, historical method, comparative analysis, organizing modelling, economic and mathematical modelling, correlation analysis and graphical method. The novelty: theoretical propositions were developed, conceptional approaches were based, scientific and practical recommendations concerning formation of the effective state regulation system of the quality of life under conditions of socially oriented market economy were worked out. It was inculcated by Yarmolyntsi state district administration of Khmelnytskyi region, Koziv state district administration of Ternopil region, Berezhany state district administration of Ternopil region, the Central administrative board of industry and development of Khmelnytskyi state regional administration infrustructure. It was also established in educational and methodological process while teaching such branches of science as “ National economy” and “Social responsibility of management” in Ternopil National Economic university. The branches of inculation are economy and the regulation of national economy.
