Hatnuk Y. Administrative and legal principles of internal affairs bodies activity in the fight against raiding in Ukraine.

In the thesis a comprehensive study of administrative and legal bases of activity of the bodies of internal affairs in the fight against raiding was conducted. The essence, features of the work of internal affairs bodies and other actors of anti-raiding activity in the area of corporate relationships was examined. A systematic approach to the studying of tactical actions of militia’s forces and facilities, forms and methods of interaction with subdivisions of the security service was applied. The analysis of preventive activities of internal affairs bodies in the fight against raiding as a set of special measures, means and methods was held. Suggestions and recommendations on improving of administrative and legal bases of activity of the bodies of internal affairs in the fight against corporate raids were formed.
