Tymchyshyn T. Administrative and legal measures against the violations committed on a railway transport.

In the thesis the complex research of legal and administrative measures against the violations on the railway transport was conducted. The theoretical aspects, forms and methods of counteracting violations on railway transport were investigated, analysis of normative and legal acts in the system of counteraction to the administrative offence was carried out. Systematic approach towards the study of violations countering by the bodies of internal affairs and railway transport, public formations on the protection of public order was applied. Suggestions and recommendations on improving efficiency of the internal affairs bodies work and railway transport concerning the violations that are committed on a railway transport were formed.
