Ryabchun T. Estimation of efficiency of economic activity of enterprises of railway transport

The process of the economic activity of enterprises and structural subdivisions of rail transport in present development stage is the subject of a study. The purpose of dissertation work is scientific substantiation and the development of theoretical-methodic positions and practical recommendations relative to the estimation of the effectiveness of the economic activity of the enterprises of rail transport as the basis of the optimization of the structure of financial resources and generalization of the practice of the functioning of transport conveyor. Methods of the study: theoretical generalization, statistical analysis and synthesis, systems integral approach, economic and statistical and economic and mathematical. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists of the deepening of those existing and the development of new positions and practical recommendations regarding the estimation of the effectiveness. of the economic activity of the enterprises of rail transport, directed toward an increase in its complexity, objectivity, predictability. It is developed the system- situation approach to the estimation of the effectiveness of economic activity, which is based on interdependence and reciprocal effect of the results of the economic activity of enterprises and structural subdivisions of rail transport, calculation of situational- temporary shaping of the prevailing totality of the factors of influence. This method is based on using of a situational- selective approach to the establishment of criteria of effectiveness on the basis of the use of the balanced system of indices, which ensures flexibility, adaptability and objectivity of evaluation. It is methods approaches to the inventory of the basic means of rail transport due to the one-time conducting of the technical inventory of the objects of real estate and establishment of the rights of property and the formation of united stock-taking document of the object of real estate. It is proposed the balanced system of the measures of the effectiveness of economic activity, which covers all economic resources, utilized in the process of economic activity, and it considers interrelations and interdependence between participants in the united technological process of transportation. The determination of the effectiveness of the economic activity of enterprise, which in contrast to those existing, expresses the measure of the rationality of the use of economic resources with qualitative changes in the elements of internal medium with the existing level of the development of science, technology, organization, relations of economic property, etc is formulated. It is proposed the methods bases of the estimation of a change in the effectiveness of the economic activity of enterprises and structural subdivisions of rail transport, which be based on the determination of the integral index of change of effectiveness on the basis of the group indices of a change in effectiveness and importance of each group of indices.
